We reserve the rights for printing errors, spelling errors, sold out items, delivery changes from our suppliers, as well as delays that NORDIX DNA can not control.

When you shop on NORDIX DNA, you need to create a customer account, as a minimum, please state:

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone / mobile number

If you have set up an account as a customer with us, you have access to your profile via self-service, where you can edit your personal information or make new purchases.

Your personal information and order information will not be deleted unless you request this, however, the order information will be stored no more than 5 years after the end of the accounting year in which the purchase was made. 

Your personal information is not disclosed or sold to third parties. We reserve the right to do so in connection with a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. In such a situation, disclosure will only be in accordance with applicable personal data law.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information to help us understand how visitors use our site and improve our product offerings and services.

We may use “cookies” to enhance your experience with our site. Cookies are text files we place in your computer’s browser to store your preferences. 

We use cookies to understand site usage and to improve the content and offerings on our sites. For example, we may use cookies to personalize your experience at our web pages (e.g. to recognize you by name when you return to our site), save your password in password-protected areas, and enable you to use shopping carts on our sites.

NORDIX DNA receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, JCB and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK/USD/EUR is incl. VAT.

NORDIX DNA uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information can not be read.

NORDIX DNA delivers every weekday. Orders entered before kl. 12.00 will be packed and sent the same day.

A 2-year warranty is limited to and granted in accordance with the Danish Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication. 

Failure or delivery defects must be relied upon in a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. NORDIX DNA can promptly ask you to show how the defect or the shortcoming appears. It is your duty to provide correct information / documentation if you detect an error or defect. You should contact NORDIX DNA by e-mail: contact@nordixdna.com  

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product / service. 

For products with limited durability, your complaint is limited by the durability period NORDIX DNA have put you in view.   
NORDIX DNA will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not receive packages sent COD, (Cash On Delivery).

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Items purchased in our Webshop can be returned for exchange or refund of money for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order. 
Return costs must be borne by yourself. 
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days. 
The notification shall be given per email at contact@nordixdna.com. In the notice, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, as well as state order number or invoice number.

Returning the item, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the goods are returned in the same amount and condition as you received it. The right of cancellation lapses if you use the product in a way that it is quite obvious that the use significantly reduces the value of the product.

When the item is returned, please send the order number or invoice number and a copy of the invoice you have received.

The laws of Denmark govern these terms and conditions. By accessing the Website and buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts in all disputes arising out of such access.

The trademarks, material and logos on the Website is the property of NORDIX DNA and is protected by Danish and International Trademark Laws.
